By downloading, installing, or using Say My Word ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Say My Word is a local word guessing party game designed for entertainment purposes. The App allows you to create teams, configure match rules, use bundled and premium word packs, and play on a single device.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by the developers of Say My Word and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App allows you to enter team names for gameplay purposes. You are responsible for the content you enter. Team names are stored locally on your device. Please do not enter sensitive personal data.
Some content packs are sold as in-app purchases in the iOS app. Prices, billing, refunds, and payment processing for those purchases are handled by Apple App Store under its own terms. The web experience does not currently offer in-app purchases. Purchased content is licensed to you for personal use within the App and is not transferable outside the platform account rules that apply to your purchase.
We may use anonymous analytics and crash diagnostics to improve reliability, understand feature usage, and support future updates. These services are described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developers of Say My Word be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
The App is intended to be family-friendly. If you are under the age required to make purchases in your region, a parent or guardian must authorize any in-app purchase.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
